By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use our services.
2. Eligibility & Minors
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services independently.
Users under 18 may only use our services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By permitting a minor to use the services, the guardian accepts full responsibility for the minor’s activity.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Acceptable Use

5. Payments & Refund Policy

Refund Policy: Fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law. Refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases of duplicate charges, technical errors, or legal obligations.
6. User Content & Licence
You retain ownership of any content you submit, upload, or post on our platforms ("User Content").
By submitting User Content, you grant TechGetAfrica a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, store, reproduce, and display such content solely for operating and improving our services.
You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit the content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

All platform content, software, branding, and materials provided by TechGetAfrica are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute our content without written permission.

By using our services, you consent to the use of essential cookies. Optional analytics cookies may be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechGetAfrica shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
12. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved in good faith through negotiation.
If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to arbitration or the competent courts of the Republic of Kenya, in accordance with Kenyan law.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes indicates acceptance.
